  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
  • The following procedure is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM UPPER PANEL ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH

3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

(a) Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

5. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY

(1) Apply protective tape around the rear light assembly as shown in the illustration.

(2) Disconnect the 2 connectors.

(3) Remove the 3 nuts.

(4) Disengage the pin to remove the rear light assembly.
