PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL SHIFT STROKE SENSOR

Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE

-

-

(1) Coat the O-ring of the shift stroke sensor with Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE.

NOTICE:

If reusing the shift stroke sensor, check that the O-ring is not damaged.

(2) Install the shift stroke sensor to the transaxle case sub-assembly with the bolt.

Torque:

5.4 N·m {55 kgf·cm, 48 in·lbf}

NOTICE:

Be careful not to damage the O-ring.

(3) Connect the shift stroke sensor connector.

2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY
