1. REMOVE TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY (w/ Transponder ECU)

2. REMOVE IMMOBILIZER CODE ECU (w/ ID Code Box)

3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT

NOTICE:

Be careful not to deform or damage the lower heater case of the air conditioner unit assembly when removing the No. 2 air duct.

14. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

15. REMOVE COOLER PIPE GROMMET

16. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

(1) Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 bolts and cooler expansion valve.

(2) Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.

17. REMOVE NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

NOTICE:

When the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly is removed, make sure to install a new one. The No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly cannot be reused.
