Toyota Corolla Cross: Remote Control System does not Operate

DESCRIPTION

The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) receives remote control signals from the driver door key cylinder or electrical key transmitter sub-assembly. Then, the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) activates the power window motor and sends the remote control signals to the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) via LIN communication. The sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) receives those signals and activates the sliding roof motor.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

NOTICE:

  • The sliding roof key-linked function and sliding roof wireless transmitter-linked function can be customized. Make sure that the customize settings of both functions are set to ON.

  • If the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) is removed and reinstalled or replaced, the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) must be initialized.

  • The sliding roof system uses the CAN and LIN communication systems. First, confirm that there are no malfunctions in the CAN and LIN communication systems. Refer to How to Proceed with Troubleshooting.

  • If a sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) DTC is output, first perform troubleshooting for the sliding roof ECU (sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly) DTC.
  • Before replacing the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU), refer to Registration.

DESCRIPTION In order to supply the optimal fuel pressure according to the driving conditions and usage environment, the variable fuel system sends a drive signal from the ECM to the fuel pump control ECU, steplessly performing variable control of the fuel pump (for low pressure side) and receiving f

Front Right Air Mix Damper Control Servo Motor Actuator Stuck Off (B145B7F)

DESCRIPTION The No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly sends pulse signals to inform the air conditioning amplifier assembly of the damper position. The air conditioning amplifier assembly activates the motor (normal or reverse) based on these signals to move the air outlet damper
