(a) Measure the auxiliary battery voltage with the ignition switch off.
Standard voltage:
11 to 14 V (Ignition switch off)
If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the auxiliary battery before
proceeding to the next step.

DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this circuit is to prevent the engine from stalling when the brakes
are suddenly applied while driving with lock-up on.
When the brake pedal is depressed, the stop light switch assembly sends a signal
to the TCM. Then the TCM cancels the operation of the lock-up clut
