Toyota Corolla Cross: Problem Symptoms Table

PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE

When the wireless charging system is turned on, the indicator (green) illuminates, but the indicator (amber) does not illuminate when a rechargeable device is placed on the charging area (wireless charging does not start)

Check that the device being used is a Qi-compatible rechargeable device

Check that a charging cable is not connected to the rechargeable device

Check that the temperature of the rechargeable device is within the range in which the device can be recharged

Check if wireless charging of the rechargeable device is possible using another Qi-compatible wireless charging system

Check whether wireless charging is possible using a different rechargeable device

During charging, even when the charging method is changed to quick charging, the indicator light (alternating green and amber) does not illuminate (quick charging does not start)

Check that the device being used is compatible with the Qi wireless charging standard (for quick charging)

Check that the wireless charging system can be turned off using the mobile wireless charger switch

Check whether it is possible to change to quick charging using a different Qi-compatible device*2

When the wireless charging system is turned on, the indicator (green) illuminates and when a rechargeable device is placed on the charging area, the indicator (amber) illuminates, but the indicator (green) illuminates again before wireless charging is completed (wireless charging does not complete)

Check that the rechargeable device is placed within the charging area of the charging tray

Check that the temperature of the rechargeable device is within the range in which the device can be recharged
