PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR

Torque:

3.9 N·m {40 kgf·cm, 35 in·lbf}

2. INSTALL NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR

Torque:

3.9 N·m {40 kgf·cm, 35 in·lbf}

3. INSTALL FAN

NOTICE:

Do not reverse the position of the fan LH and fan RH when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.

Torque:

6.3 N·m {64 kgf·cm, 56 in·lbf}

4. INSTALL NO. 2 FAN

NOTICE:

Do not reverse the position of the fan LH and fan RH when installing them. Doing so may damage the parts.

Torque:

6.3 N·m {64 kgf·cm, 56 in·lbf}

5. INSTALL FAN WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY

NOTICE:

Do not damage the radiator assembly when installing the fan with motor assembly.

6. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE

7. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

8. CONNECT INLET HYBRID RADIATOR HOSE

9. CONNECT NO. 2 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

10. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

Torque:

12.5 N·m {127 kgf·cm, 9 ft·lbf}

11. CONNECT HOOD LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

12. INSTALL HOOD LOCK WITH COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

13. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Torque:

4.0 N·m {41 kgf·cm, 35 in·lbf}

14. INSTALL AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
