DESCRIPTION
(a) The transponder key ECU assembly controls the immobiliser system. Immobiliser system data and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) can be read through the vehicle Data Link Connector 3 (DLC3).

(a) Check the DLC3.

INSPECT AUXILIARY BATTERY VOLTAGE
(a) Measure the auxiliary battery voltage.
Standard Voltage:
11 to 14 V
If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the auxiliary battery.

DESCRIPTION This DTC is stored if the transponder key ECU assembly does not detect that the unlock warning switch assembly is on even when the ignition switch is ON.

HINT: When DTC P032515 is stored, the ECM enters fail-safe mode. During fail-safe mode, the ignition timing is delayed to its maximum retardation. Fail-safe mode continues until the ignition switch is turned off.
